Time Management Tips for IBPS Bank PO

Time Management Tips for IBPS Bank PO Examination 2016
One should allocate their timing in the following manner.
  1. English language – 15 Minutes
2.     Quantitative Aptitude – 20-25 Minutes
  1. Reasoning Ability – 20-25 Minutes

Now the question also comes that how many questions one should attempt. The candidate should attempt maximum possible questions during this time frame. However do not solve any question by guess work. Accuracy is also very important otherwise negative marking will spoil your good work. The first objective should be to complete all those questions in which you are 100% sure. After that one should also attempt those questions in which he/she is more that 50% sure. Leave such questions if you are not even 50% sure about the answer.
You should be aware about this guideline about IBPS PO Exam: –
“There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question”
Therefore you should take a note of negative marking aspect. However you can surely take chance in the questions in which you are 50% or more sure. There is nothing wrong in intelligent guessing.
Moreover, for time management one should do the practices on the regular basis or he/she must join the Bank PO and Clerical Coaching in Jalandhar for practicing Mock Test, Daily Online Quiz and find out how much you score before you appear.
